David Sasso is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of leadership across real estate, finance, and performance marketing. As Founder and CEO of Golden Key Leads, he brings a results-driven approach to data-centric customer acquisition—helping companies connect with high-intent homeowners and scale their sales pipelines with precision and transparency.

Before founding Golden Key Leads, David served as Chief Operating Officer of DRB Capital, where he led a $100 million financial services organization, overseeing operations, investor relations, and marketing. He also founded National Pro Broker, a top-performing Florida brokerage with over $100 million in closed real-estate transactions, and Stone Bay Advisors, a strategic consulting and capital advisory firm supporting middle-market businesses and investors nationwide.

Over his career, David has helped raise and manage more than $500 million in capital, built multiple high-performing teams, and advised both private and public companies on growth, structure, and investor communications. His background blends Wall Street discipline with entrepreneurial execution—anchored in measurable performance, integrity, and long-term value creation.
